Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Got it’s website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users’ access
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts
  • Upload malware or content that infringes others’ rights
  • Reverse engineer or misuse the Service except as permitted by law
  • Use the Service to process sensitive data without appropriate authority and safeguards

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, including meeting plans, notes, decisions, and tasks (“User Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, display, and process User Content solely to operate and improve the Service, including AI-assisted features you choose to use.

You are responsible for User Content and for obtaining any rights or consents needed to share it, including when you enable collaborator or public meeting links.

AI and automated features

Some features use automated systems to suggest agendas, summaries, or next steps. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything you rely on in a meeting or business decision.

Sharing and public links

The Service may allow you to share meetings via links or collaborator access. You control those settings. We are not responsible for access you grant to third parties through links, permissions, or shared content.

Subscription and fees

Parts of the Service may be offered free or paid. If paid plans are introduced, we will describe pricing and billing terms separately. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or other users, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though some provisions of these Terms will survive.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOT IT AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Got it against claims arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Got it is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice, such as by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
