• Audio for transcription — if you enable recording or transcription during a meeting, audio may be processed to generate text and meeting assistance features.
• Communications — messages you send us, such as support requests or feedback.

How we use information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Authenticate users and secure accounts
• Store and display meeting plans, live session state, and wrap-up results
• Generate AI-assisted agendas, summaries, and suggestions when you use those features
• Send service-related emails, such as notifications you opt into
• Respond to support requests and enforce our Terms of Service
• Comply with legal obligations

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the Service, including with trusted providers such as:

• Hosting and database providers (for example, Supabase)
• AI and transcription providers used to power product features
• Email delivery providers for notifications and account messages

These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations appropriate to their role. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the Service.

Public and shared meeting links

If you enable public or collaborator access on a meeting, people with the link may be able to view some or all meeting content according to the permissions you set. You are responsible for how and with whom you share meeting links.

Data retention

We retain account and meeting data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete meetings or close your account, subject to reasonable backup and legal retention requirements.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

• Access and update account information through your profile settings where available
• Control notification preferences in the Service
• Choose whether to enable recording, transcription, or public sharing features
• Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International users

If you use the Service from outside the country where we operate, your information may be processed in countries with different data protection laws than your own.
