Assistant is the single-player version of Got it: it sits in the next tab, records from the desktop app, and keeps a live timeline of where you are, what’s unclear, and what’s next. Ask in chat without interrupting; save notes for this meeting or park them for later. No bot joins, and nobody else has to sign in.
Meeting links work for people outside your team by default. Paste the URL in your calendar invite or Slack thread — no setup required.
Viewers get read-only access to the plan, decision log, and tasks. Sign in to edit or join the live meeting.
Signed-in collaborators get the permissions you set for plan and summary editing. Owners can optionally require sign-in to view the link.
