Meeting links now work for people outside your team. Turn on Allow public link and paste the URL in your calendar invite or Slack thread.
Viewers get read-only access to the plan, decision log, and tasks. They can check off tasks they own without creating an account — useful for stakeholders who only need the outcome, not the whole app.
Signed-in collaborators still get the permissions you set for plan and summary editing. Public access sits alongside that, not instead of it.
